Day 1 – DUBLIN ARRIVAL & EXPLORATION

Welcome to Dublin, a UNESCO City of Literature!

Morning: Arrival, transfer to hotel, and free time (itinerary suggestions provided).

Afternoon: Enjoy an immersive experience in Dublinia, to explore, learn, & discover Viking and Medieval Dublin.

Evening: Head to Guinness Storehouse to learn more about the world-famous stout, ending your visit with an authentic Irish dinner and pint at the roof-top bar.

Overnight: Cassidys Hotel, Dublin

Day 2 – EPIC IRELAND & TAYLOR’S THREE ROCK

Morning: Explore EPIC Ireland’s award-winning museum, celebrating the spread of Irish culture around the globe.

Afternoon: Free time (itinerary suggestions provided).

Evening: Irish food, music & dance at Taylors Three Rock.

Overnight: Cassidys Hotel, Dublin

Day 3 – BRÚ NA BÓINNE & BELFAST

Morning: Leaving Dublin, travel into County Meath to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site passage tombs (Newgrange), constructed over 5,000 years ago.

Afternoon: Group lunch and travel to Belfast, a UNESCO City of Music. Have your passports ready! Free time until dinner (itinerary suggestions provided).

Evening: Classic Irish dinner at a local venue.

Overnight: Stormont Hotel, Belfast

Day 4 – GIANT’S CAUSEWAY & LONDONDERRY/DERRY

Morning: Leaving Belfast, journey north to visit the Giant’s Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an impressive geological natural wonder.

Afternoon: Travel to Derry. Free time until dinner (itinerary suggestions provided).

Evening: Head to Walled City Brewery for locally flavored craft and artisan beers with a traditional Irish dinner.

Overnight: City Hotel, Derry

Day 5 – CO. MAYO & GALWAY

Morning: Departing Derry, travel south into County Mayo. Have your passports ready! Stop at a local venue to enjoy lunch as a group.

Afternoon: Continue your drive into Galway, a UNESCO designated City of Film. Free time until dinner (itinerary suggestions provided).

Evening: Visit a local restaurant or pub for a traditional Irish dinner. Return to your hotel for a group movie viewing with your fellow travelers.

Overnight: Harbour Hotel, Galway

Day 6 – CLIFFS OF MOHER & BLARNEY CASTLE AND GARDENS

Morning: Leaving Galway, drive along the coast of scenic County Clare to visit the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland’s most beloved, natural landmarks.

Afternoon: Continue your journey into Blarney, where you can climb the battlements of Blarney Castle and kiss the famous “Stone of Eloquence.”

Evening: Sample the local cuisine by dining at a nearby venue.

Overnight: Imperial Hotel, Cork

Day 7 – WATERFORD & IRISH NATIONAL HERITAGE PARK

Morning: Journey into Waterford and explore Ireland’s oldest town, dating back to the 9th century! Free time through lunch (itinerary suggestions provided).

Afternoon: Following, travel to visit the Irish National Heritage Park in Ferrycarrig to experience daily life in ancient times.

Evening: Continue your drive into Dun Laoghaire. Check in and settle into your room before joining your fellow travelers for a wonderful farewell dinner.

Overnight: Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire

Day 8 – DUBLIN & RETURN HOME

Morning: All too soon, this heritage journey has come to its final day. Transfer to Dublin Airport in good time to check in for your flight (may be morning or afternoon). Depending on your flight, complete some last-minute exploration in Dublin or duty-free shopping at the airport.
